The basics
By using CloudLab.Dental, you agree to these terms. CloudLab.Dental is a cloud-based platform for dental laboratories to manage orders, production, billing, inventory, and team workflows.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
Your account
You're responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that happens under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Pricing & billing
Simple, transparent pricing:
Billed monthly. Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months, but you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Your data
You own your data. We don't claim any ownership of the content you create or upload. We only use your data to provide and improve the service.
You can export your data at any time. When you close your account, we'll give you a reasonable period to export before deletion.
Don't do this
Pretty simple — don't:
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Try to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
- Upload malware or malicious content
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Violate anyone else's rights or privacy
Service availability
We work hard to keep CloudLab.Dental running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance and fix any issues quickly.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll give you at least 30 days notice via email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
Legal stuff
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the past 12 months.
