How long does it take to get our lab running on CloudLab?
Most labs are operational in under a week. Our team migrates your doctors, practices, pricelists, and historical cases directly from LabStar, Magic Touch, or spreadsheets — you don't touch a row. You'll have a personal onboarding lead through your first 30 days.
How do my doctors get access to the portal?
Each doctor gets their own login at
yourlab.cloudlab.dental. You invite them in one click — they set a password, upload their first scan, and start submitting cases. The portal works on tablet at the chair and on phone during rounds, not just desktop.Can I customize Rx forms and pricing per doctor?
Yes. Rx forms are fully configurable per work type, per doctor, and per practice. Custom pricing tables per doctor and per billing account are supported out of the box — including tiered discounts, volume pricing, and contract rates.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Front desk, techs, delivery drivers, and doctors all log in under the same subscription. The plan tier scales with storage and monthly order volume, not with your headcount.
How does CloudLab handle scans, 3D models, and case files?
Files live with the order they belong to — STL, PLY, OBJ, DICOM, photos, and documents. Doctors upload directly from their scanner or phone; techs open files from the case without leaving the order. See how file storage works →
